I make all of my beads using a single-fuel torch, and anneal them using one of my two digitally-controlled kilns. I work almost exclusively in soda-lime (aka 'Soft') glass, using primarily Effetre and Vetrofond for my beads, and Bullseye for fusing. My studio is a 10'x10' room we built in the garage, and yes, it does get darn cold in the wintertime. But I still spend dozens of hours out there each week, making beads and fused glass pendants. It's an addiction, but the shiny glass, it becons to me! I am a self-representing artist. All of my beads and fused glass items are made by me, one at a time.
