We mainly sell WDCC from Disney, Just the Right Shoe from Ranie, and Byers Choice Dolls All of our items are from a Smoke Free Environment. 95% of our items are brand new in there boxes or bags with COAs. The other 5% were store displayed but show no chips cracks or crazing. The photos we use are STOCK PHOTOS, no two items from either Disney or Byers are exactly the same. So please don't email and say the item you got was a little different as all of them are just a little different. Most items are sent by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. We do combine shipping, first item is full price and each item after is half price. All lost or damaged items will be handled through the insurance by either the USPS or UPS/Fed Ex. Because we sell most items for far below retail we cannot accept any returns for refunds. All sales are final. Any questions please fell free to email.
