Shipping Policy
Items
are shipped directly from the warehouse, (No Local Pick Ups!) & items are
subject to sell out. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing of your item
before it is shipped. Estimated arrival time is 5-10 business after processing.
Please keep in mind we do not offer shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or on
Holidays. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes please provide us with an alternative
address in these cases immediately following your purchase.
Please
don't ask for any other further discounts other then what is already offered or
alternate shipping methods. Items are shipped directly from the warehouse & are
shipped using either UPS, DHL, Fed Ex, Or USPS we can not unfortunately control
what shipping method they choose to use.
Confirmation numbers for tracking can & will be provided when asked. Oversized
items may require an additional shipping charge.
Sorry but at this time we only offer shipping to the lower 48 States only. We Do
Not Offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. We are
currently working on ways to provide our service to reach more locations in the
coming future.
APO &
FPO addresses: Please check with us prior to purchasing. In most cases our
distributor will ship directly to these addresses. However some items will have
to be shipped directly to us then to the APO or FPO address increasing shipping
time & Cost.
Payment Policy
We
accept PayPal, Please note that item will not be shipped until payment has been
received & clears in the case of checks etc. PayPal is our preferred payment
method.

our items are Brand New & Factory Sealed unless otherwise noted. The price
listed is the lowest possible price we can offer so please don't ask for any
further discounts other then what is already offered.

are subject to sellout: If for what ever reason your item is either sold out or
on back order a full refund will be issued immediately once notified by our
distributors. Items are in stock at time of listing but are offered to other
retailers & occasionally go on back order or sell out. Please don't hesitate to
ask us prior to ordering whether or not your item is in stock.
Return
Policy: Any customer wishing for a return or refund must contact us first to
obtain authorization and instructions to most efficiently handle the situation.

Customer Satisfaction: We pride ourselves on being able to do right by our
customers. If you're not 100% percent satisfied with your purchase, you may send
it back to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Just make sure it is in
its original condition with all packaging intact. Buyer is responsible for
shipping cost of returned product.
