What is S&H?
S&H means shipping and handling charges. This includes the actual carrier freight (shipping) and other handling charges including insurance and all other related costs in getting the merchandise ready for shipment ex. packaging material, stationery, printer cost. employees` pay & rent. We also need to appropriate the average man-hours in responding to e-mails, creating auctions listings, listing fees, chargebacks on credit-card frauds, credit cards and PAYPAL discount processing fees etc.
What is NR and NiB?
NR means New in Retail blister packaging. NiB means is New in Box. Everything that we sell is brand new unless otherwise stated.
What is OEM?
OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer. This means that the accessories are made by the same manufacturer that makes the equipment. For example, if the leather case is made by Motorola for a Motorola phone it's consider OEM. Confusingly enough, it may also means that the items for sale is in bulk or loose wrapped/packaged as versus to retail packaged (NR or NiB as described above).
What is your warranty period?
All our merchandise offered for sale are warrantied by the manufacturer unless otherwise implied. Warranty period is stipulated by the manufacturer. We offer exchanges on any DOA within 7 days of receipt,(full packaging required). If you wish to return merchandise for refund, we reserve the right to charge restocking fees. We do not refund S&H and insurance. Please send e-mail to RMA@malcomwireless.com for a RMA number before sending any thing back. This is to keep on file what we are expecting so that we can speed up the RMA process.
What are some of your prices so low compare with local dealers?
This does not mean what you are about to bid on are knock-off or fake. No! there are not stolen merchandise either. It`s because our holding company, Malcom Distributors, buys in large quantities and distributes to wireless dealers and resellers. We also share the same facilities thus have lower overheads
