Many people ask me, "How did you get your name, Mama C?" I smile every time...the name was originally given to me by clients years ago where I used to do psychic readings. The comment 'How did you know that, it's really creepy?!' evolved to friends and family calling me 'Mama Creepy', and finally to 'Mama C'.  I wear the name proudly.

I have been a practicing Witch for many years. I am not a 'hereditary witch' as many others claim to be....I have learned my craft through my own work and study, and through the patient teachings of my mentors. If you have have found my store, you are probably endeavoring to do the same! I welcome questions from those of all paths and in all levels of study. If I can't help you, I am certain that I can find someone who can.

I have studied a number of different religions and philophies both personally and in formal theological education, for the sheer knowledge of knowing how to make the world a more peaceful place.  In my belief system, there is a Divine Consciousness that is available to us all. It doesn't really matter to me how you see that Divine....as a God or Goddess, mono or polytheistic, or another way, as long as you strive to find the Divine within yourself.

The products I carry encompass a wide range of faith and magick. I welcome those of all Paths. If there is something you want but don't see, just ask me. I will help you find it.

A word of caution about buying magickal products....there are many dishonest 'witchcraft' sellers both on eBay and the rest of the web just waiting to bilk you out of your money. Spellcasting services, 'fifth generation witches', 'lost spells', and 'haunted jewelry' and other items that supposedly contain spirits, djinn, fairies, mermaids and all sorts of wild claims run rampant. Don't be taken in by these claims. Magick comes from within nature and within you. It takes practice and knowledge. Anyone can do it - you just have to take a little time and practice and learn how. I very much dislike the poor light these charlatans cast on true witches. Please, use common sense when purchasing magickal wares!

Reading the policies listed below should answer most any question you have about your purchase. If it doesn’t, don’t hesitate to email us through eBay My Messages. Use the Ask Seller a Question link. All emails are answered within 24 hours, most even sooner.

·        BACK ORDERS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We do our best to keep inventory and listings as current as possible. However, there may occasionally be an item listed that is out of stock, or that is on backorder from a supplier. If this is the case, you will be given the option to wait on the item, exchange for something else, or be cheerfully refunded.

·        COMBINED SHIPPING:

Shipping is combined for all purchases up to five days. Please use the Request Total link under ask seller a question to get a correct invoice.

Items ordered together do not always ship together. I occasionally have items shipped directly from other crafters and businesses I work with. There will be a note on your packing slip that states “Ships Separately” if this is the case.

Lighter items typically ship in bubble wrap inside a padded mailer. This allows us to keep shipping charges low. Heavier items typically ship in boxes. If you have any question about how your order will ship, please ask in advance.

·        DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We ship 2-3 times per week, generally on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Shipping notification or tracking/delivery confirmation number will be sent by email once your package has shipped. If you do not receive a notification, please check your email spam filter, they often end up there.

Package must ship to verified Paypal/eBay shipping address. If the address is not correct, the package will probably be returned. If that is the case, additional shipping charges will be required to re-ship the package. For gift items or items shipped to another address, please fill that in at checkout

·        BE GREEN

We recycle packing materials, newspaper and boxes, and do our part to save the planet, and lower shipping costs. Please do the same!

·        INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

     First Class International Customs form will serve as a delivery confirmation number. Customs forms must be written by hand, so numbers are not emailed. if you want an email with your delivery confirmation number from your customs form, it will require an extra $1.60 on your shipping cost. Let us know in advance if you want this option.

International buyers please email for shipping rates prior to bid or purchase if they are not listed. I keep them as low as possible, but please ask first. There is no free shipping on international orders. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

International shipping can take up to four weeks, so please plan for that time frame if you are ordering a gift.

Please be familiar with your country's allowed/not allowed items! If Customs confiscates one or all of your items, the payment cannot be refunded.

·        PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment must be received within 7 days of first item purchased or won at auction, or unpaid item reminder will be automatically filed.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

If an order cancellation is requested, there will be a $5 restocking fee.

eBay no longer allows money orders or cashier's checks as a payment option. Personal checks are not accepted. Please do not mail cash. eChecks are available in Paypal; items will be shipped when payment clears through Paypal. 

·        CUSTOM ORDERS

Please ask if there is something you don't see-I have many lovely things that are not listed on eBay, and can create a listing just for you! Custom orders welcome. I am happy to answer as many questions as you can ask.
