Customer Service.... Why buy from Mamaknow?
I pride myself on many areas of selling.. The quality of the products I sell are only items I would personally use myself.. In choosing items to list at Ebay I look at quality first... if I feel I can make a fair profit on a quality item I list it.. My prices are fair and reasonable.. I do not plan to get rich on selling one or two items.. You can always expect good value and good quality when you purchase from me.
My communication before, during and after the sale is the same.. FAST and Polite.. You will get an email with an invoice with 24 hours always.. usually within just a few hours.. Once paid you will get another Thank you email from me with an expected shipping date.. And finally you will get an email with tracking information same day the item ships. ( tracking is supplied in most cases but not always depending on the items). If there is a problem with your items and I am notified you will get a response from me quickly.. I dont disappear after the sale.
Shipping policy.. I ship via USPS or UPS.. based on the best value for the price.. I do add a handling fee for most items.. I have supplies to purchase such as envelopes.. bubble wrap and packing materials.. I ship a large quantity of items daily.. A very small handle fee helps keep the prices of my items down.. I am a fair shipper and will combine shipping to save you money when I can.. as long as one payment is made..
Returns: I will do a return only when the item is not of the quality listed.. When I make an obvious mistake.. In most cases I will ask for the item to be returned at my expense. If an item is not what you wanted or not as you like I will make exceptions to the refunds but I do not refund for shipping in any case.. The item has be returned in exact condition it was shipped. If packaging or label has been removed I do not do a refund.. I have to be able to resell the item.. Refund will be issued once item has been returned via the same Paypal or check based on how item was paid for.
If there is a problem with your order I will work with you to rectify the problem as long as I feel I am not being taken advantage of.. I do not rectify problems when threats start the process.. I will work with anyone who is fair with me.. If a problem has arrisen with your item is unintentional and again I pride myself on quality items.. I am not perfect and sometimes a new item may get by me with a problem I dont see..
Feedback policy: Simple.. I am on autofeedback.. once left it will be left.. While I do appreciate feedback.. I am not a seller who emails for feedback. Feedback is an optional part of our transaction...
