Back to previous page  FROM CARTOON TV COMMERCIALS TO T-SHIRT DESIGNS ED SEEMAN: ANIMATOR/ DIRECTOR After many years as one of New York's leading Animators ED SEEMAN relocated to South Florida and established his own ANIMATION PRODUCTION COMPANY. Ed's career spans five decades of Cartoon Animation beginning at PARAMOUNT PICTURES where he animated POPEYE AND CASPER THE GHOST. He then transitioned from Theatrical Cartoons to TV Commercials, animating such legendary characters as: SUGAR BEAR, TRIX RABBIT, BULLWINKLE, FLINTSTONES, MY LITTLE PONY, COCOA PUFFS to name just a few. MANA-T'S T-SHIRTS AND KIDSWEAR In 1989 while producing animated TV commercials for many of the top Advertisung Agencies in Florida, ED AND HIS WIFE AMY produced a 30 second Public Service Announcement featuring 3 Lovable MANATEES called "MUMPHREY, MINDY AND MAX" which depicted the Manatee family singing "WE'RE MUMPHREY, MINDY AND MAX. PLEASE GET OFF OUR BACKS". This PSA was broadcast throughout the state of FLORIDA in an effort to save Florida's Endangered Manatee. The success of this PSA evolved into a demand for T-Shirts which were sold at various Tourist Attractions and Airports. Then came T-shirts of other Tropical animals like, Alligators, Dolphins, Flamingos, Turtles etc. which were sold at such attractions as Parrot Jungle Island, Miami Seaquarium, and Lion Country Safari. ED & AMY then expanded their line to include "FAMILY SAYINGS" Lilke "I'M THE BIG SISTER", I'M THE BABY BROTHER", etc. and created the now successful company " MANA-T'S INC" that features over 200 designs on T-shirts, Bibs, Sweatshirts, Onesies, Short Sets and Dresses, which they sell to Gift Shops, Hotels, and Baby Stores Throughout the country, AS WELL AS HUNDREDS OF SATISFIED EBAY CUTOMERS.
