Well I grew up in a wooded area just south of Conroe, Texas. I learned to hunt, fish, and shoot guns at a very young age. i had my first BB gun by age 5, my first pellet gun by age 8 and my first shotgun by age 9. Ever since I learned to shoot, I've been addicted to the outdoors and all it has to offer. I've learned a vast knowledge of outdoorsman skills, skills that what most people would call primative and not needed anymore. I feel that for someone to fully appreiciate the easy life we have today, one must learn the basic survival skills set by our ancestors. Without these basic skills a man today is a puppet to society. He must follow everyone else just to survive. I think that today most people are brought up learning subjects are far to advanced for there age, unless they have already taken in the basic living skills need to survive in a world without supermarkets, electricity, and video games. To many people today are just followers, most think that they are leaders, but those so called leaders have failed to notice that they are leading no one but themselves.
No don't get me wrong, I enjoy the ease of life we all share today. And for the most part my hunting and fishing is a hobby of mine. I just think everyone should know how to take care of themselves first.
Now as far as my history. You already know my hunting and fishing history. Now for the last ten years I've worked as butcher in grocery store and then joined the Navy in 2002, went to bootcamp March 2003 and am now at the end of my enlistment in March 2008. During this time I've traveled all over the world, seen many different sights. I've been to Cuba, Iceland, Romania, Germany, Canada, Puerto Rico, Kuwait, and of course Iraq and the Kurdistan region of that country. For my age, I've seen good amount. This March I am planning on moving down to Florida with my beautiful girlfriend and working for my father's general contracting business. So everything is going quite well, just waiting for my time to be up in the service.
