• About PAYMENT: PayPal. Payments must be received within 2 days from initial date of purchase. eBay does not allow ‘payment plans’. I highly recommend having the money before making purchases, as I have no way to work around ‘payment plans’ .

• Shipping dates: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays - no shipments on Wednesdays or Saturdays. During the Fall/Winter Season, it may occur sometimes that the Post Office network lines, banks, internet, phone and electric services, etc, may not fucnction due to inclement weather (rain/lightning storms that are frequent this time of year). I appologize ahead of time if it happens when a package must be mailed, and it's blocked for this reason.

·         Minimum eBayer members' feedback required to purchase on my store: 20. For cancelled paid orders for insuficient feedback, all fees that are applied to me for listing the item - by eBay, and selling it - fees by eBay and PayPal, I must recover them. The refund will reflect this subtraction. If you need assistance, pls don't hesitate to contact me.

·         I do combine shipping on every purchase! Pls make sure to ask for your invoice prior to checkout, to get your actual shipping cost. Shipping cost starts at $10.25 USD, and increases in relation to the weight of the package. Cost is actual, and packaging is FREE, unless noted otherwise. 

 ·         All orders are shippied via  REGISTERED MAIL with ONLINE TRACKING - Italy tracking.  A signature may be required upon delivery. There are NO customs forms. The shipping cost is the Italian Postal shipping cost in Euro x daily USD market exchange rate at http://www.xe.com/ucc/ ). Packages ship from ITALY - the tracking info is provided upon shipment and covers the Italian Post. You'll have access to the website which will provide the info that your package was received at a particular location, date and time. Then, will be updated to - sent to ROME's Distribution Center. And a final updated tracking info stating that your package left ROME, by AIR, on a particular date.  Your package's bar code is scanned through every step. Once the plane carrying your package leaves ROME, your destination  country is responsible for tracking it and providing you it's whereabouts, as it's no longer under Italian territory.

• For any packages coming into your country, please keep it mind that you are responsible for any applicable taxes - although no one has ever mentioned that customs had to be paid, I can't guarantee customs performance.

·                                    ABOUT PURCHASING FROM ME:  I DON’T sell my stocked items outside eBay. If one has any personal problems with eBay, I can’t offer any assistance on the matter.

        ABOUT MY GLASS STOCK (jewelry and beads): handmade items are not for perfectionists; some glass items may have tinny air bubbles inside, may not have a smooth surface, and may not have a perfect shape. These are acceptable on handmade Italian beads and jewelry and should not be considered 'defective'. The glass items are not made by me, but by artisans (free-hand), not machine-made. If you prefer perfect items, I recommend machine-made items only, which I mostly don’t accommodate.

• Listings of 'Murano Style' beads, are not genuine Murano beads, but are of good quality. 

• ALL customers are  ‘good-paying customers’, unless a payment has not been made. No payment = I must file a strike on eBay for non-payment. I treat all customers with equal efficiency, respect and attention.  I expect to get likewise respect and consideration.

        ABOUT THE POSTAL SERVICES AND MY LIABILITY: All packages travel at risk.  I'm not responsible for missing/lost/broken items once they leave my care. Please forward any claims to your local Postal Office, if the tracking information indicates that your package has left the Italian grounds. 

        ABOUT REFUNDS: There are no refunds for broken items in transit.  Return of  INTACT/unused/unbroken beads, minus s&h, is acceptabled. A 25% re-stocking fee applies. There are no returns on jewelry. Returns must be via a service with TRACKING# (for your benefit) at customer's expense, and I must be contacted prior -  to make arrangements. I kindly recommend to pack  well to prevent damage. If any item arrives here damaged - or if it doesn't arrive - unfortunately I can't issue a refund.

        ABOUT MUTUAL FEEDBACKS:  Like any other business affair, the customer receives the goods, then notifies the seller about his/her satisfaction by leaving FEEDBACK.  I'll promptly respond likewise.

        ABOUT YOUR AGREEMENT: Your purchases indicate that you agree with the store's policies.
