We specialize in desinger bedding and other home items. Ralph Lauren, Croscill, Tommy Hilfiger, Waterford, and Nicole Miller are among the names you can find in our auctions at any given time. We were the largest seller of new, authentic Ralph Lauren bedding on Ebay for more than 7 years. We have been selling on Ebay for over 8 years. You can feel confident when making purchases with us. ALL new items come from a pet and smoke free warehouse environment. Most of our items come on pallets from wholesalers. Note: We do not work for and are not affiliated with Ralph Lauren. We purchase their items discounted and resell them.
If you are curious about our name, it is the name of our owner's 2 pet Amazon Parrots. Mango is a Blue Front Amazon, and Lucy is a Yellow Nape Amazon. They cost so much that she started selling on Ebay to help with their expenses and it blossomed into a great supplemental business!
Please look at our feedback, and you will see that we ship promptly, and send the items that are described on the auctions. We also pack all items extremely carefully. All comforters and large items are shipped in brand new boxes, not ones that have been used and beaten-up from previous shipment.
You will see that we do not have 100% positive feedback as some other sellers do. If you look deeper, you will find that almost all of our negatives are from people who have not paid and have received a Non-Paying Bidder Strike. They for some reason feel the need to leave us a negative even though they are at fault. We DO file nonpaying bidder strikes and warnings for people who do not pay for their items. Sellers still have to pay all of the fees when a buyer doesn't pay. By filing the strike, we can at least get the final value fees back. Over the course of the year, we end up getting back over $300 in fees from items that we have filed strikes for. That is one of the main reasons that we do follow through. We will also leave a negative if buyers don't pay within 14 days. Ebay has an inherant problem with feedback. Although a buyer chooses not to pay, they can still damage a seller's reputation. A lot of the large and powersellers that you see who have perfect feedback do not file the NPB, we do. Sorry for the repetition, but we want to make it very clear that we are good, honest sellers who have most of our negatives from dishonest people.
Feedback Policy: We leave recriprocal feedback. As you can see, in the beginning we left feedback for everyone immediately. What we found was that we were spending a lot of time leaving it, and not getting much in return. We also found that more than 40% of our customers never left it, even after we requested it.
Payment Policy: We only accept PayPal as we state on every auction page. If you pay via PayPal we will ONLY ship to the confirmed address on the payment. That is why we require one. There is not any other reason that sellers would require a confirmed address through PayPal. Do not ask us to send the item somewhere else as ALL requests will be denied, NO exceptions.
Shipping Insurance: We require shipping insurance on all purchases. Since we have encountered many obstacles with the USPS claim services including them taking up to 120 days to send a check for a damaged/missing item, and the tedious paperwork that has to be filed by both the sender and receiver, we have decided to use our own insurer for insuring smaller items. All fragile items, and items over $100 will still be insured by the USPS. The insurance fees we charge are the same as those charged by the USPS. If you have an item that does not meet the above criteria for USPS insurance, and it arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY and we will let you know what information we need to send you a refund. We promise that our new insurance venue is much easier and efficient than the USPS. ALL of our packages have a USPS delivery comfirmation number regardless of how it was insured.
Shipping: We ONLY ship via the USPS or UPS. We ship within 1 business day of when you send payment. You will be sent an email letting you know when the package will be shipped. If you have a spam blocker on your email, please remove it so that you can get the information we send you. We do not waste our time filling out all of the spam forms to get people to accept our emails since you know that emails are coming to you when you make a purchase on Ebay. NOTE (same as stated above in the Payment Policy section): If you pay via PayPal we will ONLY ship to the confirmed address on the payment. That is why we require one.
