is a fashion company based in Burbank, California, just a few short miles away
from Los Angeles and its world famous shopping. Our items are sold exclusively

We bring high quality items to our customers at a
generous discount. We don't believe in selling cheap items for cheap prices. We
believe in selling only very high quality items for prices that are lower than
retail. If you find an item at Mano Designs and the price seems a little high,
know that you are getting quality that is worth every penny. One high quality
item is more valuable than three of the same kind of item that is cheap low
quality merchandise. We are passionate about bringing you items that are unique
and found only in very exclusive stores like Barneys or Saks Fifth Avenue. We
want to make luxurious items affordable to you, and we have the resources to do
it. WE DO NOT SELL ILLEGAL KNOCKOFF DESIGNER ITEMS, ALL OF OUR
DESIGNER ITEMS ARE 100% GENUINE WITH ORIGINAL TAGS FROM THE DESIGNER.

Mano Designs
is not just a company that sells designer merchandise at discount prices. We are
devoted to a vision of educating and empowering people, and giving back to the
community in the form of volunteer work and charitable contributions. We are
committed to making the world a better place in whatever small way that we can.
Charity Work
Every year we donate a certain portion of our profits to several worthy
charities. We also have charity listings that donate a
certain percentage of the sale of the item to various charities through Ebay
Giving Works and Mission Fish. We try to help as many diverse charities as
possible in various cities. We love the Donors Choose website and we encourage
you to check it out and help fund a project that sounds good to you. We also
love the fine work of the United Rescue Mission in Los Angeles, and you can
check this fine organization out as well at www.urm.org.
We are also currently working with various charities throughout the Los Angeles
area to investigate long term potential partnerships.
We believe that the most innocent and disadvantaged people in the world are
children who did nothing to contribute to or to deserve the conditions of misery
and poverty in which children often find themselves in. This is why above all we
are devoted to charities that improve the welfare of children.
Sweatshop Free
Labor
We are 100% against sweatshop labor. When we manufacture our own designs, we do
not out source labor to countries that are vulnerable to sweatshop labor. We
manufacture all our items in the USA. We purchase products from companies with
solid reputations of sweatshop free labor. We also carry items from amazing
companies like Tatiana Lingerie that is devoted to contributing 50% of their
profits to charity, and is against sweatshop labor and the abuses in the
modeling industry. Avon has donated millions of dollars to charity. It is
devoted to fighting worthy causes such as breast cancer, and domestic violence.
It is also a company created by a woman to empower women to be financially
independent and to get meaning from their lives.
Fighting Negative
Images
We make it our mission to educate women through our Mano Designs Store pages and
newsletters. We are committed to fighting the misconceptions that are put out
there by the media and ruthless corporations that are sending confusing messages
to women young and old. We see that the fashion magazines are still showing
women airbrushed images of unhealthy models, and selling those images as the
standards of beauty that women should look to. We see companies that encourage
women to spend a lot of money on skincare products that do little if anything to
care for a woman's skin. We strive to bring fashions and write fashion guides
that encourage women to be as they are instead of offering diet plans and
miracle supplements to make women fit the fashions instead of making the
fashions that work for the woman. We offer honest features on companies that
work, and other companies that are not women friendly. We are not political or
activist in the radical sense, but we believe that it is the responsibility of
every company to be socially conscious. Unfortunately most companies just don't
care about the society in which they operate or the customers that they make
their money from.

The 10%
discount will apply to all future purchases and does not expire. The 10%
discount when used will be applied to the final selling price of all listing(s)
payed for together. The discount certificate is good once for all items that
are payed for and shipped at the same time. We have no problem with combining
shipping and always offer shipping discounts for multiple items.
PAYMENT POLICY
We expect payment for all orders within
10 days of purchase. After that we will file an unpaid item form
with Ebay. PLEASE DO NOT BID
UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT BUYING THE ITEM. WE MUST REPORT ALL
NON-PAYING BUYERS TO EBAY.
FEEDBACK
Our policy is to wait for buyers to contact
us or to leave feedback for us to make sure that the item was received in good
condition and the customer is satisfied before we leave feedback. We always
wait for the buyer to leave feedback first. We appreciate
HONEST feedback from all members that we do business with. But please if
you have a problem, email us first before leaving negative or neutral feedback.
We have customer service representatives whose job it is to answer emails.
Our email response time is 24 hours or less. We
appreciate your e-mails and any other comments and questions you may want to
send to us.
SHIPPING POLICY
We usually ship 24 to 48
hours after payment is received. Some listings have EBAY shipping calculators
to determine shipping for USPS Parcel Post (7-20 days), USPS Priority Mail (2-7
days), and UPS Ground shipping (4-10 days). Some of our listings
participate in the GET IT FAST program, but not all of them. If time is a
factor in your purchase, we recommend USPS Priority Mail, because it can take up
to 15 days for Parcel Post mail to reach you. USPS Priority Mail is faster
than UPS Ground which tends to slow down its service around major holidays. In most cases we have flat rate
shipping charges for domestic
and international Priority Mail shipping. Please note that
USPS Priority Mail can take 7 days to 30 days to reach international
customers. This timeframe includes the time spent going through customs.
If you are an international buyer, you may want to inquire
about customs fees in your country before you make a purchase.
You are solely responsible for paying customs fees in your country.
Customs fees are not shipping fees. We will not pay your customs fees.
We do not profit from shipping costs. Shipping
calculators are directly from EBAY, and they give a very close estimate of
actual shipping costs, but it's not exact to the penny. We offer USPS shipping
insurance for all international customers, which is $2.00 for up to $50, and
$3.00 for every $100. We strongly recommend insurance for fragile items, and
expensive items. If you have had experience with a lost package in the past it
is a very good idea to buy insurance. WE WILL GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING AS MUCH
AS POSSIBLE.
CUSTOMERS ARE
RESPONSIBLE FOR PURCHASING INSURANCE TO COVER POSSIBLE LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING
SHIPPING. Unfortunately, even though items lost or damaged during
shipping are not the customer's fault, there is no way to determine if the claim
for loss or damage is genuine. All items shipped
through UPS automatically come with $100 in insurance. However, in order to
file an insurance claim you must keep the damaged box and item for UPS pick up
and inspection. If you do not do this, you will not be reimbursed for your loss
by UPS. If you receive a damaged international package please keep the box
and the damaged item for the required inspection by your local post office, and
contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim for you. Fortunately, less
than 1% of the packages that we ship are damaged or lost by the post office.
When packages are damaged, the damage is usually only to the box and does not
reach the item which is packaged with foam peanuts and bubble wrap.
RETURN POLICY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT
RETURNS UNLESS IN THE UNLIKELY CIRCUMSTANCE THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE WRONG
ITEM. All of our orders are packed by people and
checked for accuracy three times before shipping. But if this is the case,
please send the item back to us, and we will replace it with the correct item.
We will also issue a 10% discount certificate for your next purchase with our
apologies. Please don't hesitate to ask any question you may have before buying
an item. Please read the full description before buying any item. If after
you receive the item, you feel that it is not as described, please e-mail us and
we will absolutely work with you to resolve the situation. If the item is not
incorrectly described, it was the responsibility of the buyer to ask all
questions before buying.
