Shipping will be by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation included for US and Priority Mail International on International shipments. I always try to ship in the lightest container possible to save added shipping weight, but some items require special attention to packaging and will naturally weigh a bit more for secure mailing.

I combine items purchased within a 5 day period. I do ask you let me know at the end of the first auction that you intend to combine items so I know what is going on. I found that it is much cheaper to combine at the end of the auctions than to offer a $2 per additional item discount as many times you can add the second item with absolutely no additional shipping whatsoever. It depends on the weight. So that is how I combine. I also ask that you wait to make payment until all auctions you wish to combine are ended and I have sent your revised invoice so you only make one payment.

Insurance is additional and optional but highly recommended on purchases over $50.

At the present time I do not charge any packing/handling fees. I did charge a $1.25 US fee and a $2.00 International fee, but decided to give my customer's a break and see if I could afford to keep the fees out of the auctions so we will see how that goes. International bidders are responsible for all International fees. Your winning bid total is the declared value of your shipped item.

I accept PayPal as US payment and PayPal in US funds for International payments.

Refunds are only issued if I have grossly misrepresented an item. Requests for refund must be made within 2 days of receipt of item and item returned to me within 7 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
