TERMS OF SALE
* All items are sent 1-2 days upon receiving payment. We won't send your item if your payment has not cleared. Note Echeques can take between 3 to many days to clear. We have no say or influence with the clearing of Echeques.
*Domestic items are sent via Australia post. You have the choice to choose regular, express or registered mail. Note that items under $50 are covered by Australia Post regular mail insurance. If your item is over $50 we reserve the right to send by registered mail if we choose to do so.
* International shipping is done on Monday's only. This is to keep postage costs down for you. If you want immediate shipment an additional $4 will be required.
* International Mail is sent via Skippy Post. All international mail is insured and has partial tracking.
* If your item does not arrive please contact us. For Domestic customers we will work with Australia Post to either find your item, replace your item if possible or refund your item. This process can take several weeks as Australia Post needs time to work through there process. We ask that you be patience, we will keep you updated throughtout the process. For international customers same deal as domestic except we will be working with Skippy Post.
*Feedback is left once payment is received. We hope and trust you will contact us should you have an issue with an item prior to leaving feedback. We also hope that should you have an issue and we are able to resolve this issue satisfactory you will leave a positive feedback.
BOOK CONDITIONS
Please use the below as the guide we use to classify book conditions. We make a habit of listing what we consider major flaws of a book but will often not list minor defects such as previous owner's names, minor creasing etc.
NEW - An unread book as you would find it on a "new books" store shelf. May have a remainder mark but this will be noted. Must also be of relatively recent publication.
FINE - A book of any age which has no defects.
NEAR FINE - A book approaching Fine but may not have the crispness. May have the smallest of defects.
VERY GOOD - A book that does show some small signs of wear - but no tears. May have previous owner's name. Still looks quite smart.
GOOD - The average used worn book that has all pages present. May have minor/medium amount of creasing, previous owners name, library stamps, spine lean, foxing, tanned pages,light tears along spine, slight water damage or rippling of pages ...etc
FAIR - A book or dustjacket that has substantial or many defects. Must still contain all text pages.
POOR - A book or dustjacket which is so severely flawed - thoroughly worn covers, loose or missing pages ...etc.

1. Do we combine postage ?
Yes, we sure do. Currently our postage (Australia Only) is $9.85 for up to 3kg satchel (items must be able to fit within the satchel to qualify for this postage rate) and $5.85 for up to 500g(items must be able to fit within the satchel to qualify for this postage rate).
