We play fair, and hope you do, too.Since communication is essential to making eBay work, we welcome any questions you have.
So that the transaction goes smoothly, the winning bidder will be notified ASAP,
with a total if the shipping charge is known, or a request for a destination if it a variable.
Payment is expected within ten days of the close of the auction.
Domestic Shipments
We find USPS Priority Mail to be the best overall value for general merchandise,
especially the Flat Rate Envelope,
but if you purchase an item that can be sent via Media Mail,
or is light enough to make First Class a viable option,
wel ship it that way unless you request otherwise.
International Shipments
We generally ship by the most economical air method.
Global Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes are a great value
when the country of desitnation permits.
We recommend insurance on delicate or high value merchandise,
as once it leaves our custody, we cannnot be responsible for the item.
What We Promise
We describe all our items as accurately as possible.Any flaws we find, or information that we believe to be noteworthy, will be disclosed in the listing.
We DO NOT claim a professional level of knowledge, or expertise beyond that of the average person,
so if you know a category or type of item well, and think that we missed something,
please ask your questions before bidding. We may not know what to look for, but if you do,
let us know and wel tell you what we find.
We would rather have an item sell for less, or not at all, than have a buyer find unexpected problems.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF OUR ITEMS
Please let us know, so that we can resolve the situation.
We understand that one person's minor flaw may be another's serious defect,
so if the item does not seem to match the description, we will be more than happy
to issue a refund or make an accomodation.
SPECIAL EMAIL NOTICE
We have recently had several problems with our emails being bounced, possibly due to the proliferation of spam.If you have not received timely replies to your emails, it is likely that we cannot get through.
In this situation, we encourage our customers to obtain our contact info and phone us,
as we don't want anyone to feel slighted!
FOR THE HIGH BIDDERS
We try to email every auction winner as soon as the auction ends.If you haven't received a notification from us within 24 hours, PLEASE email us.
We don't want anyone to fall through the cracks!
Please watch your feedback-we get a LOT of email, and we guess you do too!
We generally post feedback when we ship your item, so you know your item is on the way
and you have one fewer non-critical
email in your inbox.
