I require your eBay registered name and address with telephone number. I am requesting this information to stop bids from blocked bidders creating and using a new or different user ID to disrupt my listings.
If you feel this is intrusive in any way, easy solution is to NOT bid.
Sorry to be that blunt; however, I had a 46 year old "man" to deal with because he sold me counterfeit items in April 2008 and I gave a negative. He also could not understand why I would not return them for a full refund. It was not worth the $8 or so for my time and he sold counterfeits, so he deserved the negative. PS: I saw several other negatives right after I posted mine. In December 2008, he bid on one 99 cent 3M reflector from a roll. He gave a blatant negative as retaliation; using different ID. Therefore, that is the story on new bidders.
International:
Depending on your country, you may be charged customs and other fees in order to receive your item. Any duties, taxes, and applicable customs fees, or international fees are your responsibility when the package is delivered. These are in addition to the bid and shipping. These fees are levied by customs, not me.
I will not falsify Customs Documents by declaring merchandise as a gift or at a value less than the winning bid amount.
I recommend that you email me for a definite shipping cost before bidding. I only use International Priority Mail or UPS (Canada).
Unless the Description states otherwise, I ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, most of Western Europe including Scandinavia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, and most of South America. I do not ship to Italy, Portugal or Greece. I do not ship to Africa.
I do not mail to other countries unless you email me first and I verify secure shipping or mailing services. Feedback: I prefer that a buyer have the opportunity to inspect an item on receipt before any feedback. That allows me the opportunity clear up any questions. I will then post feedback when (1) I receive positive feedback or (2) I receive an email that all is well upon receipt. Either way I will post feedback. If you email me of a problem before submitting feedback and allow me to rectify it, I will still follow through with feedback. If you leave negative or neutral feedback before allowing me to resolve the issue, we have nothing to talk about.
You will receive the item(s) described and shown in the image(s). If I err, email me for a quick resolution. Returns outlined below.
Returns: If you find that the item is not as described and shown in images within 7 days of receipt, an email is requested to allow me to rectify the issue before posting feedback. I do not accept returns for damage in transit as I WILL package it properly. I will assist 100% with any insurance issues as appropriate. Please review my Buyer Comments in the feedback as well as the Packing information paragraph below. If not as described and shown in the images, I accept returns with shipping (both ways) reimbursed. Just email me before any return. Include the issue and I will respond soonest.
STEPS:
(1) Email me the return request. If authorized (2) I will refund the Bid and Original Shipping if a return is made as described above; after I authorize a return. (3) Once that is completed I then will ask if you would like to exchange feedback, OPTIONAL. (4) Then I request the Buyer reply to my request via eBay to cancel the transaction. That allows me to recover at least my fees to list and sell the item. (5) Once that is completed, I will refund the Return Shipping Cost the buyer paid. So far, only one item "returned". We exchanged positive feedback.
I do NOT accept returns for items that a buyer decides they do not like or they "thought" they were getting "something else". The same goes for items damaged; other than what may be in the original listing. If in doubt about my listing, please email your question before bidding. Thank you.
Priority Mail: If an item fits, I offer Flat Rate Priority mail in addition to Regular Priority mail. If I forget, please email me and I will ensure I add it to the listing. The reason? For shorter distances, Regular Priority rates may be lower and on longer distances, Flat Rate Priority rates may be lower. That is why you see them both offered when I can. Just choose the one that is lowest for you and pay. Or, email me and I will send an invoice with Flat Rate Priority if the item will fit in the USPS box.
Packing: I ship medium and large items in boxes, double walled if needed. I only use loose peanuts for small items, never medium or larger. I may use peanuts in medium and large items to fill small voids or use them in a poly bag to fit an off sized shape; however, never loose. I ship small and collectible items in manila or Tyvek type mailers with cardboard stiffening or boxed; padding added as needed.
Shipping is next business day after cleared payment is received. I combine wins over seven days with discounted shipping for items, which can be mailed together. Delivery Confirmation or Customs Form / Proof of Mailing is included for all shipments. I may require Signature Confirmation at my expense.
No handling / supplies cost. I always try to recycle or reuse materials. However, your item is wrapped in new / clean material or clear covers before packing. If you do not like my shipping method or cost, please do not bid.
All collectible items are originals unless stated otherwise in the above description. The vast majority of my collectibles are paper items that have been folded. Except in extraordinary circumstances, I ship the item folded in its original shape. I do this for two reasons: (1) an open fold may incur stress when mailing and (2) smaller area items are less likely to be bent when shipped.
PHILATELIC / STAMP REFUNDS
For any Philatelic Item / Stamp / Cover / Postal Card I offer a 90 day refund after receipt if found to be other than an original (genuine) when examined by APS or CSA unless different in the description. I accurately describe my items, any doubts or exceptions, I will state them. Other than original means it is a fake, copy, reproduction, facsimile, etcetera. However, if I use those terms in the description I am telling you up front that it is not original or genuine and there is no return. All AS IS items do not have a return. However, if I make a mistake I will refund bid, shipping and return shipping.
I only accept certification from the American Philatelic Society (APS) or the Confederate Stamp Alliance (CSA).
Certification / verification to APS or CSA must be submitted to APS / CSA within 10 days of receipt. If certified not to be genuine / as described shown, you must have proof that you properly submitted the item(s) meeting the documentation and payment requirements. I do NOT pay certification costs when my listed item(s) are found to be genuine or authentic. If certified / verified NOT to be original, I will refund the bid and two way shipping. I will also reimburse the buyer for the Certification Fee; currently $20 for items up to $1,000 and 2% for items over $1,000. I only accept certification certificates from the American Philatelic Society or the Confederate Stamp Alliance. There are other reputable organizations; however, I trust these two without any reservations. If your item is found to be other than original (UNLESS described otherwise in the description), send me an email with the refund request. I will reply with return instructions. Your refund is contingent on (1) my email approval for a return (2) return within ten days after my email authorizing the return (3) the retuned item must be in the same EXACT condition as listed (4) the original Certification with the receipt for your fee payment must be returned with the item and (5) Certification / verification to APS or CSA must be submitted to APS / CSA within 10 days of receipt. All ORIGINAL documentation must be provided for any refund. Do NOT send / return any item until I reply to your email. I will reply as soon as possible.
