Thanks for entering my page, let me give you a brief description of the way i do business on EBAY...
My main interest is MUSIC CDs, DVDs, Music Merchandise and ocassionally Electrical Gadgets...oh, and toys and accesories for my baby girl!
I have over 3,600 real positive feedback, thanks to EBAY from may 2008 onwards my feedback will grow at its REAL rate because i usually repeat business with sellers.
Im a down to earth honest person, i dont bid on what i cant pay and ONLY file claims and diputes if items are damaged or not received! I usually pay on the 13th of each month via PAYPAL. I have my own real time store front, so i know how important business-customer relations are, lets KEEP them coming back for more purchases, right?
If i receive a damaged item i WILL NOT be able to ship it back for a refund or exchange because shipping from my country is VERY expensive! So i usually ask for a replacement or refund. If it is damaged due to s&h i do not hold seller responsible unless they didnt pack it right in the first place.
All items are sent to a shipping dock address i have in FL, USA, from there they are reshipped to me in my country at an extra cost. I receive an electronic notice upon arrival of package via internet, so if a package is registered there as received and then is lost in transit from the USA to my country i do NOT hold the seller responsible, and positive feedback is left anyway.
I do not do business with sellers that have "0" feedback....NO THANX, and at the moment i do business with anyone in the world that has 98% or more positive FEEDBACK.
If you do scam me or deliberately mislead me into buying something that does not match the quality of the listed photo or description you will have a dispute opened and possibly negative feedback left.
Contrary to the majority of EBAY buyers, I'm always looking out for continuous sellers i can purchase items from on a monthly basis...I have several favourite sellers i always do business with...
I purchase over $4,000.00 a month now, so if you have very high positive feedback i might end up doing business with you...
