The 3 of us, and our 2 felines, Cleo, and Pinky (she has a pink nose and pink ears, that is how she got her name) live in the suburbs of NYC, only a 22 minute ride into Manhattan. Yes, we can see the Empire State Building, if we look west, from just a few blocks from our home. The home we live in, happens to be nestled between my parent's home, and my husband's parents... as we met as teenagers in 1975, on our street, dated for 8 years, and then married. We moved away for several years as newly weds, and then a house came up for sale, right on the block where we met and grew up. We purchased it. We are now raising our 15 year old daughter here, and are very lucky to be living so close to our folks. 8 feet away from my inlaws, and about 500 feet from my parents. No regrets. It's the best move we ever made as a couple, besides getting married, and raising our daughter.

I am getting better at leaving my 'JOB' at work, and trying to relax, on the weekends, and enjoy my family and friends. But my home, is a constant reminder of what I do for a living, as my dining room is my shipping room, and the rest of our home is our warehouse. Everything is for sale!

Please do not tell me there is something wrong with your order, as your feedback comment. I can't offer customer satisfaction, if you leave the complaint in my feedback. The Feedback Forum is not the place for notifying the seller of a problem or disappointment by leaving a negative or neutral rating, or even negative content, on a positive. That is just a back handed compliment.

Did You Know?.... If a seller receives Detailed Seller Ratings of less than 5 stars they will be significantly penalized. You may think you are leaving a reasonable rating by giving a seller DSR's of 4 stars but eBay's feedback system treats anything less than 5 feedback stars as sub-standard and penalizes, even suspend sellers for DSR ratings that average under 4.60....I strive for 5 stars. If it took tooo long to get your package, please do not trash my star rating, as I state in all my listings, I try to ship within 3 business days, and after that, the amount of time it takes to get a parcel to you, is all up to the postal system. The feedback forum is for rating the Seller on performance. I would never deliberately deceive anyone, and I have been know to make an occasional mistake.
