          Hi!  Thank you for visiting my "About Me" page.

• I'm a retired high school English teacher, an avid collector, reader, writer, and traveler.   
• I owned and operated my own Bed & Breakfast in an l1890s Victorian house for several years and enjoyed displaying - and using - all of my collections.
• Now I'm into E-Bay! 

     >When I was eight years, I began my first collection:  Salt and Pepper Shakers.  For $.25 I purchased (in a "Five & Dime" store) a s/p set, clear with red horizontal strips and a red plastic top.  (I still have it today!) This was the beginning of a life-long love of collecting....

     >I now own at least 50 different collections. 

     >Many of them are early collections (my extensive collections of LPs goes back to the early '50s; my book collection goes back even farther.) 

  I now have china, silver, crystal, linens, vintage dresses, toys, music books & sheet music, vintage mini books, children's books, educational books*, silver spoons, tea pots,  thimbles, Victorian memorabilia, English memorabilia (purchased  on my England trips), jewelry,  frogs, Santa Clauses, Christmas Tree ornaments, and shelf collections....  The list goes on!  What a great life-journey it has been collecting!
