REFUND POLICY: Unless otherwise stated in our listing, you'll be given 5 days to return your purchase for a no hassle money back refund. We reserve the right to refund your payment via a business check regardless of what form you used to pay us. We will now only refund the purchase price of the item minus any eBay commissions, the purchaser must cover all shipping costs. Also, no money's will be returned unless we have been notified beforehand of the return and it's sent back fully insured with some form of signature confirmation, we don't want any confusion about who sent what and where, not too mention if we picked the item up or not from the Post Office. We want everyone to be pleased with their purchase from us, however we feel that we supply clearly defined descriptions and pictures and 5 days should be more than enough time for anyone to decide to return the item.
SHIPPING POLICY We presently ship through the United States Post Office, they only offer electronic tracking for International shipments via Global Express - a very costly method. Unfortunately, any payments received from International Customers for more than 100 US dollars we will only ship with electronic tracking and will cost substantially more. International payments in an amount of less than 100 dollars can be shipped Global Priority, or the new International First Class which is considerably cheaper.
ALSO, Our collector's insurance covers all of our shipments whether they be domestic or overseas, we will no longer purchase insurance through the United States Post Office as that would be redundant. Our shipping rates wil stay the same however to cover the cost of our insurance and to pay for electronic tracking methods like Delivery and Signature Confirmation, not too mention the purchase of padded mailers and peanuts for packaging. So, when we charge 3.00 dollars for First Class and the package arrives without an "insurance" stamp or the price is less than 3 bucks, please don't get upset - our insurance is not cheap! ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED!
