We have been offering our custom sign services on eBay, for almost 2 years, and have been selling collectables on eBay since 1999 to customers all over the world and are very familiar with problems which can arise from dealing online. Since our work is about what the buyer wants, we do ask that you leave us a name and phone number (and best time to call) so that we can better communicate over the phone to best meet your needs. We feel that phone communication greatly reduces any misunderstandings. However, if you prefer to communicate via email, that's fine too! While we try to work as quickly as possible, please understand that in our nature of business, we do encounter technical difficulities. We do accept rush jobs for an extra fee.
