Back to previous page  Best Fighting Arts Meet Master Dave Hi, Master Dave here. My Martial Arts resume' begins back in 1979. As many enthusiastic young men, I began my training in Tae Kwon Do. I was impressed with the kicking abilities and flexibility involved in this sport. After receiving my first Black Belt, I discovered  that my hand techniques were lacking that certain yo no se qua and I began my search for the perfect Martial Art. I have studied Jiu Jitsu (both Japanese and Brazilian), Preying Mantis (Seven Star & Southern Mantis), Wing Chun, Wu Mei Pai, Muay Thai Kick Boxing (one of my favorites), Arnis, Navy Seals Hand to Hand Combat as well as Green Beret Hand to Hand, Kung Fu San Soo and Krav Maga. I will be the first to tell you that no one art has everything although a couple do come close. I am so very grateful to all my instruction and past and present Masters for all the knowledge I've been able to attain over the years. This is a never ending process and my passion for the fighting arts will never be extinguished until my final breath. There is always a new twist on an old technique or a simpler way of doing something to achieve more devastating results. That is why I am here to offer all this great training equipment and gear. I would like to facilitate the training for those who are willing to seek out instruction and sharpen their skills. I am also a New York State Law Enforcement Officer and am also very passionate about the safety and well being of others. I teach other Officers often times for free just to ensure that those who seek personal safety are able to attain it and enjoy a better quality of life. That being said, please do not just see me as someone selling great Martial Arts equipment and gear. Feel free to call me a Mentor, Tutor, Coach or even a friend.
