Welcome to my page. The story is true and nothing has been changed to protect the innocent.

Now in our 45th year of building a reputation.
To start with, I was born on January 1st in the year of 1949. I don't have to much recollection of the moment, but I remember it was dark, cold and wet. All of a sudden it got very bright and everyone was dressed in white. In 1963,at the tender age of 14 I took part of my summer and my grandparents dropped me off at the Riesch American School of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. After completing the longest two weeks of my life I was told to go forth and sell stuff. I rejoined my parents in Glens Falls, New York and started helping in our family auction business. My dad retired after 13 years and my wife Arlene and I have continued on with what we can proudly say is the most well thought of auction business in our area. We closed down our weekly Friday night auctions December 1st of 2000 in an attempt to slow down a little and enjoy life a lot more. We bought out a local shoe store a while ago, so that's where the boots and shoes came from. A lot of what I sell is on consignment and prior to closing our auction facility I had 2 full time employees working e-Bay for me. I also do antique furniture restoration, which I've been doing since I was 17. You can always contact me at 518.792.7044 Thank you for looking, Marty
