All of the glass art that we carry are certificate 100% Mouthblown.  There are various techniques artists use to make elegant glass pieces; from glass blowing to glass fusing, and glass casting to lampworking.  Each of these different techniques gives every piece their own beautiful and distinct look.

With all of our items being 100% handmade, no two items will ever look the same.  Each item may still be the same design, but there will be slight differences.  That is the beauty of all art pieces. 

These glass items are authentic handcrafted glass art. Each glass piece has a unique design. All items are not exactly identical as it is impossibe to make them exactly the same color and size each time. They can only produce a look similar to the design, but not 100% identical.

    Return Policy:  We accept returns for an exchange or refunds within 3 days of your item being received.  There are NO exceptions.  All return reports must be contacted by email with 5 days.  Items must be in their original condition and packaging.  All return products will requires a 15% restocking fee and buyer will need to handle all return shipping. For all return products must provide a Fedex shipping label, full name, address and email address.

    If your item becomes damaged during transit to your residence, please keep the original packaging. Claims for broken items must be processed no later than 15 days of shipment shipping date.  Please email your name, original shipping tracking number, shipping address, order number and five photographs of the broken item.  After receiving all information, a new replacement will sent as soon as possible.  Returns or damaged item claims will be processed in the order we receive them.  Please be patient, as all claims will be taken care of in a timely manner.  Thank You!

    Q: How come the shipping so high ?

    A:  The shipping cost inculdes a packaging fee and handling fee such as packing tape, white biodegradable loose fill, bubble wrap and a durable shipping box. Shipping insurance is included with the shipping fee.

    Q: Do you do combine shipping

    A:  Yes. We;provide a combine shipping discount. Please use the checkout button below the general questions section to the right in order to checkout. The checkout sign will automatically provide a combine shipping discount and create an invoice. 

    Q:  How long will it take to receive the item after payment is made?

    A:  When we received the payment, we will ship the item within 1-3 business days. Most of the orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days.
