   There are some horror stories going around about ebay sellers..we wont take being cheated sitting down..we plan to do our buying close to home so if there's any problems it can and will be settled either in person or in court..any scam sales far from where we live will be dealt with in an adult way via honest f/b. Dishonest sellers will lose alot of money and honest sellers will make a killer profit!! Sellers who refuse my bids due to low f/b or Sellers who (in the future) refuse any bids from low f/b bidders (once my f/b rating is over 10 or 15).. will NOT receive my business no matter what they offer for auction or for sale! I think doing this is very wrong it is the same as blacklisting someone and if I am to be blacklisted then I will blacklist a few Sellers! Buyers only lose business when they do this. I had been prepared to spend $100 on a item, but the Seller said no low f/b bids allowed..Oh well that was the Sellers loss.. I also will not bid/purchase items that are paypal only I wont be blackmailed into using a service that has cheated me in the past!

  Another thing I wont be blackmailed about is my f/b rating..I am the sort of buyer I try to pay for my win(s) the same day the auction ends, but no later then two days later....I will let everyone who sees my f/b rating and the Sellers fb rating know exactly why my earned pos. was not received and then other buyers will see just how dishonest the Seller is..I always contact the Seller when my payment is posted and when he or she can expect the payment..I do pay by mo only and will run a check if Seller claims he or she did not receive my payment...my Partner and I always keep receipts! I will give earned negatives only for the following reasons Seller lies in auction description, I pay extra for shipping and win(s) are combined..Sellers does not insure the package after I pay for insurance (usually I give neutrals for that unless the insurance charge is sky high), Seller takes his or her own sweet time to complete sale and ship item, I usually give payment 3 days to reach seller, three days for Seller to pack and ship item then three more days to reach me, not counting Sundays of course so item should be in my hands 9 days after it is paid for..not 15 not 20 not 30 days, but 9 days, Seller waits one week after payment is received then says via ebays system payment was just received I am sorry, but no matter how slow the post office is it does not take the payment a week to arrive, also Seller has a silly exchange/refund policy that would make me jump through hoops or cost me more money to get what is rightfully mine anyway! I also do not trust Sellers who contact me outside of ebay only! I did business with a Seller like that already and that Seller scammed me left and right. I left Seller a negative who did this to me and as I predicted that Seller refuses to leave me my earned positive f/b even though I paid quickly and he/she cheated me out of money (see my fb left)...it wont happen again..the sad thing was it was my first auction win.. So dishonest Sellers bring it on!! as I said before Honest sellers will have me as a repeat customer and I will do alot of auction business so honest Sellers will make a bundle..dishonest Sellers wont!

Buyers be aware of Sellers who sell cds and dvds cheap..they make their profit on the shipping..no cd or dvd will ship for more then $4, $6 for multiple wins..if item is posted via media mail with no ins. that's only $3 or $4 also if buyers says no combined shipping don't look back coz chances are he/she will send your items combined and pocket the rest of the money..this has happened to me already!

I have just found myself having to retract a bid..please understand I will only do this for two reasons..1) I feel the sellers honesty is in question..or 2) I have a family emergency..I will never retract a bid because I found a better deal or I want to pay for another auction more..I have paid for more then one auction at a time so that will never be a reason for me or us to cancel..if Sellers push it I will post valid reasons for retraction along with a negative!! However I do not make it a habit of retracting bids nor do I make it a habit of giving negatives when I do retract a bid!!

Well it appears ebay has done it again..this time they have taken away the option of using money orders for payment..since I only make my payments via money orders I am finding myself doing less buying on ebay because of this and am seriously considering leaving ebay completely..my fav catagory is everything else I was happy to see everything else was not on the list of must use paypal only..however most of the sellers still demand paypal payment only..so it looks like I wont be doing any business with those sellers..sorry ebay/ebay sellers by accepting paypal only you are cutting off your nose despite your face..I will NEVER use paypal they already stole money from me once they wont get the chance to do it again!! NO ONE HAS A RIGHT TO TELL ME HOW TO SPEND MY OWN MONEY..IF I WANT TO USE MONEY ORDERS I WILL AND IF YOU SAY NO THEN KISS MY MONEY GOODBYE!
