Hi,

   Being a retired US Marine, I believe in very high standards when dealing with others. As a buyer, sellers can rely on me for instant payments. As a seller I expect payment within 24 hours. My philosophy is if you commit to buy ... pay immediately. I strive to have items packed and shipped the next business day.

If you have a problem with a transaction of mine, contact me before you leave feedback. I will do everything possible to make you happy. If you have a problem and leave negative feedback without talking to me ... the problem you have with the item is now a permanent problem. Once feedback is left I consider the deal closed.

Feedback Policy

I wish I didn't have to adopt this policy but it appears I have no other choice. I hope you understand.

I have, in the past, left feedback for my buyers as soon as I received payment. I value my feedback just as much as everyone else does but lately I've gotten a negative and a neutral for no reason at all. These buyers never contacted me before leaving their feedback which I consider very unethical. Neither of these buyers bought insurance and the post office DOES make mistakes. I will do everything I can to make things right if your unhappy. BUT ... you must contact me before leaving feedback. So ... bottom line is ... like so many other EBAY sellers, I will not leave feedback for my buyers until the deal is closed and I receive feedback.
