Payment

▀	After auction is complete, you MUST SUBMIT ONE PAYMENT PER AUCTION using the PayPal "Pay Now" checkout link within the listing. Failure to do so will delay the shipping of your item.
▀	Upon close of auction, buyers will receive eBay's End of Auction notice with payment instructions and contact information.
▀	Shipment confirmation and tracking information are sent via email by the end of the shipping day to buyers eBay email address.
▀	EChecks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa through PayPal.
▀	Payments MUST BE RECEIVED within 7 Days, or item will be re-listed.

Shipping

▀	Payments received by Noon PST ship within 1 business day of receipt of cleared funds.
▀	Items paid via PayPal are shipped to buyers registered PayPal address only.
▀	Refer to the original listing for shipping and handling charges
▀	WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPMENT - EACH ITEM WILL BE CHARGED THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES STATED WITHIN THE LISTING.
▀	Shipping service is at the Seller's Discretion. We ship via UPS or USPS Priority mail to physical addresses only. (Military addresses or PO Boxes will delay shipment of item(s) purchased.)
▀	WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE US.
▀	All UPS shipments are insured up to $100, additional insurance is extra.

▀	Technical support is available through the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer direct or refer to their website with questions concerning the use, features, or setup of a product.

Warranty

Returns

▀	Product returns must be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by emailing Customer Service
▀	Buyer is responsible for shipping to our facility in Mountain View, CA.
▀	Products testing faulty will be replaced provided they are in stock. If not in stock, Material in Motion will refund the amount of purchase less shipping costs.
▀	If the product is tested and works, Material in Motion will return the product to buyer at buyer's expense
▀	Returns are processed within 24 hours and shipped no later than the following business day.
▀	Refunds are processed within 24 hours, and credited to the original account payment was issued from. Payments received via check or money orders are mailed the following business day
▀	Questions regarding RMA requests must be addressed to Customer Service, with the assigned RMA number in the subject header.

Sales Tax

▀	CA Residents please add 8.25% to winning bid price.

RMA Policy

▀

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days, all returns and replacement will be handled directly by the manufacturers. For your convenience, we will provide the manufacturer's contact information.

▀

All products return for refund MUST be in unopened original packaging condition.

▀

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund.

▀

No refunds for Shipping and Handling fees under any circumstances.

▀

All DOA (Dead On Arrival) or damaged products must be notified within 7 days of product delivery. Regular return policy will override any claim of damage after 7 days of arrival under all current manufacturer guidelines.

All products returned MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

▀

Please email Customer Service to submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning product to Material in Motion, Inc.. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA number.

After receiving your RMA number:

1. Please write the RMA number on the Return Shipping Label from the original invoice and attach it outside the box.

2. Return your product(s) with original boxes and packaging material Attention: Ebay RMA Department.

Buyer pays for Shipping and Handling charges for RMA returns. Please send your RMA product via UPS, Federal Express, or USPS with delivery confirmation/tracking number to ensure that your product arrives safely.

All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.

▀

All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, containing ALL original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Charges will be applied for any missing accessories or parts. Material in Motion, Inc. will not accept any items that have been damaged or misused.

We DO NOT offer cross shipment for replacement under any conditions.
