We will NOT, return items if they do not fit. We take a great deal of time in preparing our listings with accurate descriptions, pictures and measurements. Therefore, prior to bidding, we ask that you kindly check the measurements as we will not refund for merchandise that doesn't fit. In the rare occasion that we may allow a return, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee PLUS the initial PayPal fees associated with the original transaction. This helps to cover staff costs to pick up the item at the post office, process your paypal refund, re-enter the item into our inventory system, relist the item on eBay, re-packaging for inventory and refiling of the item into our inventory system. As well as recover the initial PayPal fees absorbed at time of initial transaction. If an item is on auction and you desire it quicker or in another size, etc., please email us and if we have the item you desire, we will prepare a private listing for you so that we are all covered through eBay and PayPal. We will not end auctions early for Buy It Now in all fairness to those who have been bidding and waiting for the auction to end. We reserve the right to cancel bids on our listings or to block buyers from bidding/purchasing on our listings. This includes but is not limited to buyers with an unusually high number of negatives, buyers with a history of being Non-Paying Bidders, buyers who abuse the eBay system or buyers who harrass with numerous repeated nuisance requests, complaints and/or buyers who request a Buy It Now and do not complete the transaction. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due within 3 days of auction end. Upon receipt of payment, we will email you to confirm payment and to advise when shipment is expected. We ship every Monday to Friday and if your payment is received by 12pm PST, it is usually processed that day. If payment is received after 12pm PST, it is shipped the next business days. Payments made between Friday 12pm PST and Sunday, will be processed and shipped Monday. All Canadian transactions are subject to 6% GST - all British Columbia transactions are also subject to 7% PST as required by the CRA. If payment is not received within 3 days, you will receive a payment reminder. If payment is still not received within 48 hours, you will receive a final email. At which time, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be reported and appropriate feedback will be left. PayPal Payments accepted only with confirmed addresses. If you do not have a confirmed address, you will have to pay for your items via another method. You may contact us, via email, to arrange same PRIOR to placing any bids or buying our items. Other accepted methods of payment include Email Money Transfer (for Canadian buyers only) or Money Order (PINK International from USPS for US buyers). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SHIPPING TERMS: All of our items are shipped using Canada Post. You will be given 3 shipping choices, depending on your location. Please review these choices and pick which service best suits your needs. USA Small Packet Ground service can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. USA Small Packet Air service takes approximately 4-10 business days to arrive. Please keep in mind that your item is coming from Canada and will take abit longer to arrive than if it was shipped within the USA. It also has to clear through customs and we ask that you please take that into consideration as any delays caused by customs is beyond our control. Upon shipment, you will receive notification from PayPal indicating same.
