Rules
and Regulations for the Nelson Ebay Store - Ebay User ID "MattnGunNelson"
*Matthew
and Gunnar Nelson generally own items listed. If you would like to utilize
the Nelson Ebay Store to sell your own items, please contact ebay@thenelsonbrothers.com
for permission. Rules for this option are:

Arrange sending item into the Nelson office
·
Nelson staff will list and maintain auction
·
Once item closes, Nelson staff will coordinate payment from Winning Bidder.
After item is paid in full, owner will be sent a check for 40% of the profits
(after all fees are paid for) at the end of each month.
Matthew
and Gunnar Nelson own the copyright to their name, image, logo and music.
Sellers may not sell photographs, videos, bootleg CD’s, CD's by their own
record company etc. without the permission of Matthew or Gunnar Nelson.
eBay
states in their rules:
“eBay prohibits
sellers from listing CDs, DVDs, VCDs and screen saver programs that contain
multiple images, still photographs, or videos of multiple celebrities and
models.
Selling
photography and images of celebrities ("Celebrity Material") often involves
both intellectual property rights (like copyrights) and rights of publicity
(a person’s right to control commercial exploitation of his or her image,
likeness etc.) which may be owned by people other than the person listing
the item for sale. Sellers need to be certain that their listings comply
with third party copyrights and/or rights of publicity.
Sellers
are not permitted to list an item containing the image, likeness, name,
or signature of another person unless the product was made or authorized
by that person.
Counterfeits,
unauthorized replicas, unauthorized items …. ...unauthorized copies (such
as copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television
programs, or photographs) are not permitted on eBay. Unauthorized copies
include (but are not limited to) copies that are pirated, duplicated, backed-up
or bootlegged. It is illegal to sell unauthorized copies of media.
Guideline:
If the product you are selling bears the name or logo of a company, but
it wasn't made or endorsed by that company, don't list it on eBay.
Only copyright
owners, or the copyright owners’ licensees, are permitted to list their
products copied onto recordable media (such as VHS tapes, Audio tapes,
CD-Rs and DVD-Rs) on eBay. Sellers listing any type of recordable media
must state their copyright ownership or license to resell these items in
their listings and be able to prove it to eBay.
Violations
of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

Listing cancellation
·
Limits on account privileges
·
Account suspension
·
Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
·
Loss of PowerSeller status”
Matthew
and Gunnar Nelson are members of Ebay’s Vero program. Any seller infringing
on the intellectual rights of Matthew and/or Gunnar Nelson will be reported
to Ebay. If you have any questions about items you wish to sell on your

Payment
Rules for items won from the Nelson Ebay store are as follows:
*Winning
bidder has 3 days to have correspondence with Nelson Ebay to coordinate
payment.
*Payment
must be received within 7 days following auction unless orther arrangements
are made.
*Payment
may be made Paypal or Money Order made payable to: Pucker Productions.
Above rules
and regulations may be changed at the discretion of the Nelson organization.
