AUTHENTIC ITEMS
I love authentic designer items, especially shoes! Designer shoes are well made and usually last forever. My favorite shoe designer is Gucci but I also love Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior. I often buy shoes and then never wear them. I sell many of my authentic designer items on ebay when I want to buy new ones.
FAKES
Lately, there are TONS of COUNTERFEIT Louis Vuitton shoes being listed on ebay and ebay is not taking down the listings! A pair of multicolor FAKE, COUNTERFEIT flip flops just sold for $169.50, the same seller must have multiple fakes because she had a pair sell for over $60 the week before. There are also tons of counterfeit Louis Vuitton brown monogram fakes selling for $50 up to $150, and sometimes more, a pair. Why anyone would want to spend that kind of money on fakes goes beyond the comprehension of luxury lovers. Counterfeits are ILLEGAL and it is a crime to sell them. They also make you look cheap and foolish and anyone who knows anything about authentic items CAN tell the difference.
Know your designer shoes before you hit that BIN button or bid. If you are unsure about authenticity then move on.
FIGHT AGAINST FAKES
I am an ALVA Seller Select. All SS are held to a high standard of selling ONLY authentic merchandise. Counterfeit merchandise is not acceptable. I am also a member of LV&M and FLALV. Both of these groups are also anti-counterfeit.
Feel free to email me if you are questioning the authenticity of a pair of shoes on ebay. I am always willing to help others not get scammed by these counterfeit sellers.
Ebay needs to step up to the plate.
