Thank you for looking here to find out a little about Michelle Crafts & Collectibles.  I sell and auction new and vintage Laurel Burch collectibles and jewelry and many other items that I think may interest you!  When I find a good deal I pass along the savings to you by keeping my auction starting prices low, my store prices reasonable, and S&H rates very fair. I combine shipping to save you money!

I've been buying on eBay since 2001, selling on eBay since 2007, and I opened my eBay store in 2009.  It is fun and easy to buy and sell on eBay and I find that it can save a lot of time and money.

STORE POLICIES

Combined Shipping:

¬      I am happy to combine shipping for items that you win within four calendar days (ask me for exceptions). Sometimes it is just not practical to combine based on items size/weight.

¬      After you win the first auction or purchase an item from my eBay Store, please let me know you're still bidding or shopping. Then tell me when you are done and I'll send you a combined invoice reflecting any S&H savings.  PLEASE DO NOT pay each separate automatic invoice or you will not get the combined shipping discount!  I cannot combine shipping after you pay because I must pay fees on each paid invoice.

Payment:  

¬      You must have a USA funded PayPal account & address to bid on my items.  I only accept PayPal. Please submit your PayPal payment immediately.  Items not paid for after 4 days of auction ending may be reported to eBay and may be relisted. If you need a short extension, please contact me immediately.

Shipping & Handling:  

¬      Please read the whole description item for (vacation) exceptions, but I usually ship packages 1 to 2 BUSINESS DAYS after your PayPal payment clears.  I charge USPS retail shipping rates and I MAY add a small handling charge to each auction won or item purchased in my eBay Store to cover postal fees such as Delivery Confirmation, etc. , as well as packing materials and this is already included in the total calculated S&H.  If your package does not arrive in 7 to 10 days, please contact me so I can research the problem since sometimes items are stuck somewhere in the postal system. You can also check the status of your items in MY EBAY via the Delivery Confirmation number.

Returns: 

¬      My items are all sold AS-IS, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. I have described items to the best of my ability. If you receive something that is significantly not as described, please contact me immediately (within 3 days of receipt) so that we can discuss any concerns. I want us both to be happy with the transaction!

¬      I leave feedback after you submit your PayPal payment and I hope that you will do the same upon receipt of your item. I strive to be a 5 STAR eBay SELLER by providing complete and accurate item descriptions, great communication, and fast/fair shipping.
