We stand behind every product we sell.  If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your receipt of item by shipping carrier. A 15% restocking fee will apply under certain conditions.
Return Policy & RMA Forms

International sales are final. As much as we would like to provide everyone with this return policy, international orders are non-refundable and exchangeable. We try to work with all of our customers and we are very reasonable, but international returns with customs and shipping prices are just way to complicated.

Unopened Items
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. Must be unopened and unused. Such items returned will have 15% restocking fee; shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Opened Items
Opened items may be exchanged or refund under the following circumstances only:

Incorrect items: ImportDjCDs will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item or will credit your payment if the returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap).
Defective items: ImportDjCDs will exchange a defective item for a new copy of the same item or will credit your payment the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.

Any returns that do not fit the above requirements may be sent back to you at our discretion. For incorrect and defective items, please indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
