Hours of Business Operation and communications are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern time. All questions are answered during that time frame.


Combined Shipping Rules:

Combined Shipping rates are calculated and refunded at the time of shipping. If you pay for your items on the same business day before 9:30pm Eastern, your order is automatically consolidated and combined shipping rates are refunded to you through PayPal by our distributor once the order has shipped. Shippments are processed nightly and will be shipped out the following morning.

You'll need to pay for each item separately, because immediate payment is required. Because of this, for combined shipping purposes, you will only be held responsible for the "each additional item" fee listed in almost every auction, if there is not an "each additional item" fee simply ask us what it would be for the items you are interested in. When your items are shipped, you will be refunded the difference for combined shipping. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
