 RETURNS

All returns must have prior authorization or it will be refused

 Freight must be prepaid on all returns. If the error is ours, replacement or credit will be issued plus freight

 Defective items must be returned for inspection before any determination can be made. Please keep in mind that some items are warranted by the manufacturer and may require that items be returned to them. Items improperly installed, damaged, or misused are not warrantable.  Merchandise returns for ordering errors or items not needed are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be in original packaging and in new and saleable condition.

To receive a Return Authorization please call 814-931-9330 with your item # and reason for return.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I need your phone number for ALL International orders!! They will not be processed with out a phone number!
For international I ONLY ship USPS Priority Mail International. 
 I will NOT put on your customs forms that it is a "gift" . I include a copy of the invoice from eBay with the shipment also.
