Kathy's Miniatures for the Fashion Conscious Doll


Kathy's Miniatures has been in business for ten years.  This is a home based business run by me, a woman passionate about quality and designing and creating doll clothes.  I began over 40 years ago with Barbie and now have American Girl or other 18" dolls, Bitty Baby or Bitty Twins, Cabbage Patch, or standby, Barbies.  Materials are new and outfits are packaged in a plastic bag with the Kathy's Minature label.  You or your doll-loving family member will never be disappointed with a Kathy's Miniatures outfit.

I began Kathy's Miniatures on the heels of donating time and materials for the Arizona Back-to-School project.  This annual project takes on the daunting task of clothing and outfitting disadvantaged children from around the State.  Each year around 5,000 children are identified by Head Start to be in need.  They come to Phoenix for a distribution and receive a backpack filled with school supplies, new shoes, socks, and underwear as well as a new outfit.  There are about 200 seamstresses that donate time and talents to sew clothing all year long for these 5000 children.  Kathy's Miniatures grew from my volunteer work.  I buy the fabric, buttons, zippers, thread, etc. and use the scraps from the Back to School Program to sew for our precious dolls.  This is a labor of love and hope you enjoy your purchases.  You truly are helping others when you purchase from my listings.  Thanks.
