| We are a relatively new motorcycle shop located in NJ. We are a motocross racing family and have been around the motorcycle community since 1995. We have dealt with numerous race shops that were completely oblivious to customer service; parts guys that didn't know what they were talking about, service techs sloppy work, OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. We are setting out to change all of this. |

| If you take a look at our feedback page you will see a lot entries complimenting our excellent customer service. We take the time to respond personally to every email, question, offer, ect. All of our packages are shipped WITH CARE, even if it costs us an extra few dollars. How many times have you ordered something expensive to have it show up at your house all scratched up, the box with very little tape, the item isn't wrapped with bubble wrap or packing peanuts. That WON'T happen with us. |
