Until recently I had a 100% feedback rating. I have not sold many clothes on ebay, I did not realize or see on the listing form about disclosing about an article that has been worn by a smoker. I would have gladly taken back the jacket if I would have been contacted by the buyer. Ebay has been a great experience for me, I have met and talked to some fine folks who love the outdoors as much as I do. Who also take their hobbies and recreation very seriously. I have been invited by people all over the United States to come visit prospect, hunt, fish and camp on there properties. Ebay has been a positive influence for the many friends I have made online since 1998. Beautiful Maryland Gold I have been a outdoorsman all my life, camping , fishing, hunting and prospecting. I make and sell my own hand-tied hair jigs for fishing, and after much trial and error made a hand pump for gold prospecting, actually it first started out as a crawdad catcher, I live near a small river with a small dam on it, I would get out there in the spring and wade for Smallmouth Bass. There was always crayfish scooting around the rocks below the dam, and fishing by myself most of the time it was hard to use a seine net to catch them. So I figured I needed something to suck them up off the bottom or out from under rocks, After many variations I ended up with the model you see on my auctions. Also being a prospector, I had been working a hole in a small stream, the hole had gotten so big and deep I could no longer divert the water. With so much water in the hole I could not keep the material on the shovel, later when I got back home I was putting away my sluice and pans, and seen my old crawdad catcher in the corner, the light bulb came on! I'll use that to pump out my hole and collect all the gravel! I took it along the next time , and it worked great and found all that gold that kept sinking into the bottom of the hole. of course after that I started using it not just for cleaning out the bottom of a hole but for sampling in places where the water was to fast or to deep. After a few people seen me using it on the creek and asked where I had gotten the pump, I said I had made it, I let a few people try it, I had a guy right on the creek offer me 50 bucks for it. That is when I decided that I would make a few and take to the local prospecting club meeting. I sold all of them and took orders for six more, my wife suggested that I try them on ebay. Since the I have improved the original model sold hundreds on ebay and on my website to almost every state and 8 or 9 foreign countries. everyone says they have tried some of the others but for the ease of use and the simple design it can't be beat.
