Welcome to our eBay store "Southwest Dinnerware." We specialize in replacement china and stoneware dishes including such brands as Mikasa, Noritake, Pfaltzgraff, Franciscan, Lenox, Royal Doulton, Studio Nova, Denby, Dansk and many others. We are two sisters who have joined together to offer you fine quality merchandise at a reasonable price. We try to research the products that we sell, but we are not experts by any means. If you discover we have made an error in any of our listings, we welcome your input so we can correct anything before it becomes a problem for us or our buyers. We try to describe our items as best we can noting any wear when we find it. We grade our items as "excellent" (meaning that we have not noticed any imperfections or wear marks at all), "excellent used" (meaning that we have noticed no imperfections but the item may have a slight rub mark or two which can only be seen if held at an angle under very bright light), "good" (meaning there may be some rub marks or light scratches that can be seen only in very bright light), "good used" (meaning there may be scratches or visible wear) and "well used" (meaning there is considerable wear but it is still suitable for everyday use). We are not responsible for manufacturer's defects if any are found. All items we sell are used unless stated they are new. Please ask questions before buying if you have concerns. We will be happy to quote a shipping cost before you purchase from us.
We ship by USPS Priority Mail only and will ship to the United States only including Alaska and Hawaii. We have occasionally agreed to ship internationally, but please email us first so we can let you know how much shipping will be, and we can unblock you so you can buy from us. We do not allow local pickups because of our work schedules outside of eBay and because of the security issue. Thanks for reading through all of this.
