Shipping information!!!
I will always charge you what the posty charges me. If the fee is ever increased it will only be to cover packaging materials not supplied by the Post Office. Insurance is always an available option and a good idea to use especially with overseas shipping. I am not responsible for lost packages and will always retain proof of mailing. It is YOUR responsibility to get Insurance if you wish to be reimbursed for lost packages. All US packages will be shipped priority and delivery confirmation is included free. International buyers will have their choice of shipping options.
Please note! I will not mark purchases as gifts for International Buyers!!! When I ship an item I will mark it as a purchase with the exact amount that you paid for it. If I were to lie on a customs form, I could be fined thousands of dollars. If you want me to lie about the price you paid on an item or lie that it is even something you purchased, then do not bid on my auctions.
Feedback Policies!!
As soon as our transaction is completed successfully I will leave you feedback. If I fail to do this please remind me!!
For deadbeat bidders, I WILL leave negative feedback. I will be patient with you and understanding if you are
having problems. I will always email you a few days before I actually leave the negative as
one last warning. If you have troubles, please email me to discuss them and we can work something out.
I expect feedback to be left for me. If it is not, I will remember this and next time you
purchase from me your feedback will reflect that although you are a good buyer, your auction
etiquette is lacking.
Payment Rules!!
Texas residents are expected to pay tax. I am a valid business with a tax ID# and I have to pay taxes to the state of TX
I expect contact within 3 days and payment within 7. I accept Paypal, BidPay, Money Orders, US Cash. Money Order's and US Cash from US and Canadian buyers ONLY! If you live outside of the US or Canada you must pay via an online method.
If you have to use a different payment method than the ones above, ask me I am sure we can work something out. I do NOT except checks, at all, ever, don't even ask. If you send a check it wil be sent back and negative feedback left.

Couture Items are non-refundable, all sales are final. Please read descriptions throughly and ask all questions before bidding. In the event that I make a mistake or that you have a problem with the item, please email me asap so i can resolve it.

No items are gauranteed to be in their orginal box, unless otherwise stated in the auction. Boxes may have marks, dents or tears in them. All boxes will be in "good to brand new" condition unless otherwise stated in auction. All Couture is BRAND NEW, unless noted in auction.
