Special info for Apple iBook purchasers: I am a CompTia A+ Certified computer technician (CompTia ID No. COMP10306140) and have taken Apple Corp. mobile computer technician training, which gives me access to the official Apple diagnostics software and support network. Rest assured your Apple iBook has been thouroughly tested and professionally reconditioned to be as close to new as possible. Since these laptops were covered under AppleCare extended warranty until June of this year, they are in tip-top mechanical condition (but I still test each and every one anyway, just for peace of mind).
