About our Business
We ship most items worldwide within 3 to 14 days. We will use USPS ONLY. We do not ship Saturday or Sunday. For our customers out of the USA, we do not mislead anyone on customs forms please do not ask us to. All taxes and tariffs are your responsibility should they apply. Some of our products such as knives, Professional handcuffs, etc..., may require you to be a certain age or other laws may apply to you in your area, by purchasing any such item you are acknowledging that you are following all laws in your area, and you are responsible.
We sell in many venues, both on and off the web. We try very hard to keep up with the emails, calls and requests. If you want us to contact you about buying an item off EBay. Please make sure your filters will take our emails. Most will come from wolf@cei.net or medievalprops@yahoo.com.

Since some items are gifts for others and we want to protect your privacy.
Our goal it to provide you with Quality items, but being human sometimes mistakes occur. If there is a problem with your item, please email or call US. We will do everything possible to ensure the situation is corrected. IF, your going to be unpleasant, leave negative feedback, or complain to EBay before trying to resolve the situation then you will find that We will be of little help. Politeness and open communication goes a very long way.

( NO EXCEPTIONS) All feedback is reciprocated so please do not leave it if you do not want it left for you. This is the fairest policy we could come up with to keep everyone happy. We DO NOT sell any of your information to other parties, this is our promise to you. CreditCard information is shredded once processed. All items are sent in a priority mail package or a plain box with a return address of HOC. Your privacy is important to us and we will do our best to protect it.
