Auction Sales Policy:

• Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. 
• If the payment is not received within 5 days, item may be relisted without notice.

Postage Discount to UK customers

• The maximum postage for each purchase will be £6.50 no matter how many items you buy from our store to UK customers. 
• eBay will automatically calculate the postage discount for combined shipment. If you are not sure, please wait until we send you the invoice.
• Orders are generally dispatched on the day after full payment is cleared out.
• All our items are sent with Royal Mail recorded Receipt or post of certification.

Shipping for

Non-UK

customers

• Item will be posted via Royal mail Airmail or Royal mail Airmail Signed for Recorded delivery from UK.

• Please select US Postal service first class mail (for USA customers) or USPS first class mail international (for non-USA customers) as defaulted Royal mail Airmail Signed for Recorded shipping service should you prefer your parcel was shipped via recorded delivery

Returns:

In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Shipping and handling fees (P&P) are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.

Parcel lost

• In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order we will work with you to rectify the situation, but we will be unable to resend your order until Royal Mail have investigated the claim for compensation and have confirmed that they are prepared to reimburse us for the missing goods. In line with Royal mail terms and conditions this cannot commence until 15 days have passed from the original posting date.
