Explanation of neutral or negative feedback

 The only neutral feedback I have is because I gave that person the same rating. He charged $4.99 shipping and shipped 1st in paper envelope costing 1.75. I don't think it's fair to make a profit off of high shipping cost. I was also honest in saying product was good.
