We will not ship to a different billing and shipping address unless the information given is corroborated with your credit card issuer this is for your safety as well as ours.

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the shipping address given to us is current and updated.

We ship to the USA and Canada only! No international shipping at all.

The shipping costs quoted on eBay is for the 48 contiguous states only! for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada please call us or email us for shipping costs before buying or bidding on an item.

Canadian buyers are responsible for any local taxes we do not charge any Canadian taxes. It is your responsibility to call your local government office to find out the tax rate and to pay it when you receive the item.

All items shipped in New York State will be charged 8.325% sales tax on the total order shipping included.

All items will be shipped via a shipping company with a tracking number

We cannot ship to a PO Box or an APO/FPO Address.

We cannot do third party shipping we can only use our shipping account to ship.

We do not accept personal checks it takes to long to clear and we end up with upset customers.

We stand behind the products we sell, should the item you receive be defective, please contact us by phone for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and we will exchange the item for another one.

We endeavor to process payments and ship all items in a timely fashion while most items will be shipped within 24-48 hours some items may take slightly longer, should there be any delay we will contact you and keep you abreast of the situation.
