So who am I?
Hello, and welcome to my “ME” page. If you have came this far, you apparently want to know who I am and what I am all about.
Well, you are about to learn some interesting things about “ME”. My name is Chad and I am an Entrepreneur
(ŏn'trә-prә-nûr). A person who organizes, operates, and assumes the risk for a business venture. I am a former Corporal in the United States Marine Corps
and live in Pennsylvania..
So, I decided to take the risk of starting this little venture of Powder Coating the faceplates for the Motorola V60i. It
started out with only a few different colors. Then as time continued and the word got out, I kept getting more and more
requests for this color and that color and before I knew it, within a years time frame, I have now grown to over 25 different
colors that I offer! Man let me tell you, it has definitely been an “adventure” in itself. I have learned a LOT about being
a business person.
Now the Motorola V600 has been introduced and I am more focusing on creating faceplates for this phone.
The beginning...
It originally started back in September of 2002. My good friend and I both had the Motorola V60i and we both agreed that all
of the original Motorola covers that were being offered were all ugly and boring. Well, with both of us being the “YELLOW”
freaks that we are, we decided to spruce up our covers to make them more lively looking. My friend had all of the Powder
Coating equipment to make this happen because he liked to customize everything that he owns, especially his mountain bikes.
So we decided to Powder Coat our personal faceplates and they turned out AWESOME!! We both were beyond impressed!
Me being the eBay freak that I was and still am, thought of the cool idea to sell my personal set. I figured no big deal, I
can just go buy another set and make another one in YELLOW. Well, on September 25, 2002 I created the very first faceplate
auction and it ended up selling in less than 2 hours!!! Then it all began!! Instead of buying just another set for myself,
I decided to “take a risk”…..and I purchased 20 sets so I could try to make an extra buck. Those 20 sets sold in less than a
week and within that time frame, I literally received TONS of emails requesting many different colors, other than YELLOW.
The rest is history.
After a couple of months selling these faceplates on eBay, I ended up investing in all of the equipment so I could Powder
Coat myself. My friend was getting tired of having to Powder Coat almost every day because the orders just kept coming in.
Not to mention he lived over 30 miles away and I was getting tired of having to drive back and forth every day. So I set up
a workshop and it has not stopped since.
The now...
On April 20th, 2003, my personal website,

was born. I decided I really needed a website so I could have one single place where everyone could go to view all of my
pictures and colors at one time.
Now that the website has been up for quite a while, it is time to make it into a bigger and better website. Something more
"Professional Looking" if you know what I mean. I have assembled a team to help me create an awesome and much much needed
and improved website. We are looking for a Grand Opening launch date of September 1, 2004! So please stay tuned!
