(Artesanias Mexicanas), our comercial name is Expresion Mexicana
(Mexican Expression), our headquarters and store are located in Mexico
city.
We sell our products at ebay, but we also
have the capacity to
wholesale and to export overseas as we have very close relationship
with our craftsmen all over the country, if you have any specific need
please ask, we will get the finest crafts and will give an excellent
service.
We proudly offer
some of the most beautiful and fine crafts from Mexico handmade by the best
craftsmen (artesanos), these high quality products reflect artist's
feeling, sensitivity and creativity, they all are unique because
artist's magic hands slowly give shape and give life to their creatins

As we would like to
give you the best service we offer 3 different ways
to ship your items:

Mexican Postal
Service; delivery time from 2 to 3
weeks cheapest one (starts in 6 USD)
ESTAFETA USA
economic courier service; delivery time from 5 to 7 working
days (starts
in 25 USD)
UPS Worlwide Express next
day delivery, Worlwide Expedited 3 - 4 days
delivery (starts in 35 USD)
WE GLADLY COMBINE ITEMS
TO SAVE YOU SHIPPING COST
We do not charge
excesive S&H fees, just the cost of the material
used for the package plus shipping cost, in
some cases the product is delicate and fragile, so package could be
more
expensive and we strongly recommend to use Estafeta or UPS.
It is very rare but if you have any problem to receive our items,
please email us, we will find a way to solve the situation in the best
possible way.

Payment Methods
We accept Paypal, Money orders and Wire transfer.
If you pay with money order we will ship your items until we receive it
(2 - 3 weeks), if you pay with other method we will ship as soon
as payment is cleared.

Auctions, Feedback & Return Policy

Once
auction has finished, we will expect your communication and payment
within 7 days (buyer pays items, shipping and handling), as soon as
payment is received we will ship your items and will send you an email
letting you know that your items have been shipped. After 7 days
period, if we have not received any communication, we will list the
item again and will post negative feedback.
If you receive your items
and you are happy with them, please post possitive feedback, we will do
the same.
Return Policy, if the item does not meet your requirements, item has to
be returned within 7 days of receipt, we will refund the item once we
receive it in our location (buyer must pay return shipping charges).
