STEINWAY MEDIUM GRAND PIANO

The Steinway Piano was recently unveiled at the red carpet premiere of the movie "Miami Vice," where it was prominently featured center stage during the Gala After Party. The piano is signed by Romero Britto, "Miami Vice" star Colin Ferrel, David Caruso, Grammy Award winner Common, Florida Memorial University President Dr. Albert E. Smith, KDI/Architecture, Inc. Principals and CBHDC Co-Founders Chief Nathaniel B. Styles, Jr. and Harlan E. Woodard, AIA. (Additional signatures may be obtained before the auction ends.)
Bids for the piano will be accepted beginning Thursday, August 3rd and ending Sunday, August 13th. Please check back on this page to see other items benefiting this great cause.
100% of the proceeds of the auction will benefit the Hurricane Katrina Restoration Fund of Dillard University in New Orleans, through the Community Builders Holistic Development Corporation. Dillard sits on a 137 year old campus and sustained $400 million in flood, fire and wind damage. Dr. Hughes, the Dillard University President, is leading the University through the substantial rebuilding, reconstruction and remodeling of it's historic 55 acre campus.
