Three Reasons To Believe What I Say
Reason one: Since 1990 I've invested in real estate and own rental houses, managed the building of a house that was built for me out of state on land I owned, bought and remodeled, rehabbed and sold houses. I researched, hired, coordinated, reviewed, re-did, and chased after the contractors till every baseboard, every WINDOW, every paint job and kitchen cabinet was back in beautiful place.
Reason two: I SOLD windows during a time when the real estate properties were too troublesome, too unfavorable a market, the real estate investing industry too terrible, the tenants too damaging, to bring in enough profit (like NO profit!) to come up with my own personal rent. I have now QUIT selling windows and gone back to investing in real estate.
Reason three: Have spent HOURS-DAYS-WEEKENDS, looking and searching and pouring through every website that ever could have been, searching for that one or several questions about home improvement windows, clicking on this and that ad or line that pops up from Google or MSN or Yahoo or AOL or that altogether looks promising, but still leads nowhere or everywhere except as a lead to give me to some contractor instead of answering my questions about what kind to buy. AND, visited home improvement centers and numerous windows companies and manufacturing sites interviewing industry experts and not-so-experts.
