Michelle Dyess

I like to describe myself as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, activist because I am all of those.  I've been married for 5 years.  My husband is a great man and wonderful provider.  I have a daughter who keeps me in stitches all day.  She is so bright and intellagent.  I have a son who is warm as the sunshine. He is so strong and sweet.  My parents are my everything.  Without them I don't know who or what I'll be.  My brother is my best buddy.  He's the only one I got.  I don't have a lot of close friends but the ones I do have are like my blood family.  And most of all I am a activist for the disabled.  I am visualy disabled but you wouldn't notice because I don't make it a point to put that out first.  I want others to see me as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend first and then add disabled on to my list of characteristics.

I also am an artist.  I love to paint.  I have many works hanging in my houme as well as my parents.  Maybe one or tow in a buyer's house.  My isnpiration is usually my morals.  Family comes first, don't believe what you see on TV.  Those sorts of things.  I can't wait to paint more. 

I am also becoming very involved with stain glass construction.  You have to be a little of a perfectionest but then know when to quit.
