Welcome to my store. I am a private collector and a music enthusiast. I have a very extensive collection of CDs acquired over many years. My main interest is hard rock, progressive metal, and guitar-related instrumental music. My store is based on my music tastes, which are quite eclectic. You will find many rare items, as well as some more mainstream items. The store name is inspired by my two all time favorite bands - Dream Theater and Deep Purple. Well, there is also Led Zeppelin, but Led Purple or Led Dream did not really sound that crash hot for a CD shop name :)
Generally, I steer clear of music styles I do not like or understand.
I am more than happy to answer any questions, and yes I do have many other CDs that are not listed yet, so please feel free to ask if you are looking for something in particular.
I enjoy swapping CDs and view Ebay as a means to continuously expand and adjust my collection. In most cases, the CDs are sealed (meaning "supplier sealed", NOT "shrink wrapped by seller"). The CDs are NOT factory seconds, and absolutely categorically all CDs are fully licensed, genuine, quality items. 95% of CDs are either Australian, USA or (West) European releases. In other words, same CDs as you would buy in a reputable retail shop.
99% of items in my store are new. If the item is not new, it is clearly indicated in the listing. I do not sell items manufactured in China, Russia or other countries with somewhat dubious reputation in relation to quality and copyright issues.
With a very few exceptions, the photographs shown are of the actual items. So what you see is what you get (NOT ALWAYS THE CASE ON EBAY).
When the CDs are listed in the shop, they are in stock and will be shipped promptly from Sydney. I normally ship the day after the payment clears.
I ship using the highest quality padded bags available, but in some cases jewel cases do get cracked in transit. This is rare and there is very little I can do about it, this does not affect the CD itself, so please be understanding if this occurs!
