I'm not responsible for damaged items during shipping nor am I required to refund money unless you purchase insurance that offer when the item is being purchase. Thank you.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our store. If there is a delivery problem, we will do our best to resolve the issue. You will get refund when we get refund from UPS or Postal Service.

In the event a customer wishes to dispute the description of an item may do so within 3 days of receiving the item. Returns will be accepted & within reasonable limits provide a remedy, in some cases accept the item back and return payment. Please note: Due to specific freight policies, we will not accept a return on an item resulting from damage occurring while in transit. Also note: We are not responsible for refunding the payment for shipping and handling to and from our facility (both ways).
1-Provide your phone number for us and freight company.
2-Let us know if you are a business or residence (home). If you are a a business you must provide the name before we can send you a total amount.
3-Will you need a lift gate?
4-We ship when you pay. Keep in mind weekends, holidays, transit time. If you have a window for the time. For when you expect your merchandise, keep in mind that we cannot ship it out until your payment has cleared. Then calculate how many days it will take to arrive.
5-Inspect your merchandise before signing OK.
